Job Title: Production Assistant

Status: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule 5-10+ hours a week)

Education Level: Associate or Bachelor Degree

True It Naturals is looking for a candidate that has a strong passion for clean beauty products and more! We are growing at a rapid pace and looking for a production assistant that can maintain and support this growth. This job will be very hands-on and you will be working closely with the owner on production and fulfillment of our products. True It Naturals is a start-up clean beauty company that makes and sells handmade products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow our recipes and make beauty products while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Set up and clean up the workspace and supplies before and after each use
• Label finished products and assist with quality control
• Assist with order fulfillment - pack and ship orders from all sales channels
• Organize work area as needed

Skills:

• Attention to detail and able to follow production process instructions
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Ability to be standing for up to 2 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Excellent communication, time management skills
• Report all low levels of inventory as necessary
• Capable of following all safety procedures with proper PPE

Compensation:

• $17-$20/hr (dependent based on experience, performance, and skillset)
